Repairs

As a Zebra Authorized Service Provider (ZASP), we repair Zebra printers and other scanners, mobile computers, and barcode printers, including the name brands you know and love.

For your convenience, we offer two service options:

• In-house repairs

Our full-time technicians repair your barcode equipment at our site. Typical turnaround times are 3 to 5 days. We back all repairs with a 60-day warranty.

• On-site repairs

Our full-time technicians repair your barcode equipment at any Dallas-Fort Worth site. Turnaround times vary, but are usually fast because shipping isn’t involved. We back all repairs with a 60-day warranty.

Maintenance

As part of your warranty plan, we also offer preventative maintenance that includes loaner equipment and regularly scheduled visits. Every six months, we will:

• Replace all worn belt drives
• Inspect all wearable parts
• Clean print heads
• Calibrate and adjust settings, if needed
• Detail the product

We will also address any concerns you may have about your machine’s performance.
