Follow these steps to take advantage of our popular program:

1. Call us at 1.888.648.4452.
2. Tell our advisor:
• What equipment you want to trade in*
• The condition of the products
• The quantity you want to sell back
3. Our advisor will quote you an amount for your trade-ins. ** (He or she will also assist you with a new purchase, if desired.)
4. We provide you with a prepaid label that you will use to mail your equipment to us.
5. Upon receipt of your trade ins, we evaluate them to ensure they are in the condition you described.
• If the condition or quantities are not as indicated, we contact you to renegotiate the estimate.
• If the condition or quantities are as expected, we proceed as planned.
6. We issue payment for used equipment using check, credit card, or PayPal. We can also credit your System ID account for use on future purchases.

*Qualified products include barcode printers, barcode scanners, mobile computers, and point of sale (POS) equipment. Contact us for a complete list of trade-ins.

**We estimate trade-in allowances based on equal or more quantities of comparable products.
