The Standard Warranty plan is perfect for businesses with multiple units or backups that can assume the tasks of their failed barcode equipment.

In the case of a malfunction, System ID issues a Return Material Authorization (RMA), which authorizes you to send in your unit for repair. We diagnose and repair the unit, and then return the equipment free of charge. Turnaround time is 7 – 10 days.

• Overnight

The Overnight Warranty plan works best for businesses that depend on constant levels of production but do not have extra equipment to cover failures.

If a product fails, System ID overnights a temporary replacement unit of equal or higher quality at no charge to you. We then issue an RMA for the malfunctioning unit.

We diagnose and repair the failed equipment and return it to you free of charge. Turnaround time is 7 – 10 days. Upon receiving the repaired unit, you send the loaner equipment back to System ID, who covers the return shipping.

• Comprehensive

The Comprehensive Warranty plan is ideal for businesses that depend on constant levels of product and want to avoid any unexpected repair costs. It covers equipment that stops working due to normal wear and tear and units damaged in accidents.

When a product fails, System ID overnights a temporary replacement unit of equal or higher quality at no charge to you. We then issue an RMA for the malfunctioning unit.
