AVALANCHE TELNET CLIENT FOR 894X-794X, VTHP

The Avalanche Enabled Telnet Client emulator offers Spectrum24 Telnet access to IBM, DEC, HP, UNIX and PC hosts via 5250/3270 and VT/HP emulation. This product contains the same reliable emulation engine as the Spectrum24 Telnet Clients for 3000/4000 and 6000 terminals. Avalanche Telnet Clients provide a level of support and product features beyond standard terminal emulation.

The Avalanche TN Client is designed to be installed, updated and configured by the Avalanche Manager. The Avalanche Manager along with the Avalanche Enabler provides the ability to configure RF terminals dynamically over the network. The current features available with the serial version of the Avalanche Manager and Enabler are available at no additional charge when used with licensed Avalanche TN Clients.

The Avalanche TN Client operates using Telnet over TCP/IP and offers seamless access to host running a TCP/IP telnet server.

Avalanche TN Client emulation supports a, full view mode, which allows the user to pan across a 24 x 80 application screen and view it through a smaller window such as an 8 x 20 terminal display.

Plug-and-play emulation for 5250, 3270, VT and HP.

Supports Spring, 802.11 and 802.11b.

Support for multiple concurrent sessions to the same or different hosts.

Hundreds of configuration options to customize the software as needed.
