Motorola’s New Enterprise Android Tablet vs. iPad2

Wow! The Motorola ET1 Enterprise Android Tablet is the coolest thing I have seen in the AIDC industry since the introduction of RFID (I may be dating myself with that comment). Even how our local air conditioner repair companies route their technicians and take our payments. Read the rest of this entry »

Honeywell Releases the New Xenon 2D Barcode Scanner

Honeywell Scanning and Mobility has released the Xenon 2D barcode scanner. Out of all of the 2D scanners that I have tested, this scanner is the fastest at capturing both 2D and linear barcodes. Wasp Announces the New Web Viewer for InventoryControl

Wasp just released the InventoryControl Web Viewer add-on. It must be used with InventoryControl Pro or Enterprise and it allows you to access inventory data from any PC with an internet connection. Now you don’t have to worry about having a network connection to the main office or struggle with using a slow VPN connection. Employees can ensure that stock is on hand before placing orders. Accounting can view and reprint purchase orders. The InventoryControl Web Viewer also gives access to the system alerts, such as items with negative quantity and checked-out items past due. It can be accessed by an unlimited number of users, but access is password protected to endure data-integrity.
