Receiving

Simplify the receiving process through the use of wireless data capture technology. Quick-Trak Inventory Pro supports receiving purchase orders, returns, and unexpected receipts. You can receive by PO number or item, and these transactions can be performed at the PC workstation, or with the use of a portable data collection terminal and barcode scanner.

Put Away/Move

Quick-Trak Inventory Pro supports put-away transactions by item and quantity. These can be input at the workstation or via a portable bar code data collection terminal. The software will print a barcoded put-away ticket to guide the material to its proper location. Move functions allow materials to be moved between locations and/or warehouses. There is complete flexibility to manage and maintain any type of locator management system.

Picking/Shipping

Create, edit, find, and pick orders for products in the warehouse. Products can be picked by customer, by order number, by part number, and by location using a portable barcode scanner. Fields can be renamed to meet your specific needs, and results are posted in real time to the database. The shipping process is used as a final confirmation process that a shipment physically left your facility. Information about the carrier is collected for reporting and research purposes.

Inventory Management

Quick-Trak Inventory Pro tracks your inventory by item number, location, category and/or vendor. It features both cycle counting and physical inventories. There are virtually infinite lookup and search options. Quick-Trak Inventory Pro will also allow for single or bulk bin location moves. Tasks can be created by a manager and the software will trigger the printing of a barcoded move slips for the warehouse personnel to perform. Portable bar code scanning technology makes this process very efficient.
