The SPT 1500 is part of a new family of palm-size products that are based on the Palm Computing Platform and offer integrated bar code scanning in a low cost, easy-to-use pocketable design. The SPT 1500 is a non-rugged, batch version which shares the same ergonomic form factor as the PalmIII personal organizer. The resulting configuration will be well adapted for applications in new and traditional industry segments including retail, healthcare, home shopping, package tracking, sales and field force, just to name a few. In addition to delivering a well featured, pocket-sized mobile scanning device, the SPT 1500 is equipped with a very attractive average selling price! Use in conjunction with the Monarch 6015 Hand-Held Printer to generate sales receipts, credit/debit forms, packing lists, inventory status reports, ect. on-the-spot.
