Quick-Trak Enterprise is a robust solution for companies looking to take control of their warehousing and distribution. This package is very user friendly and comes with everything you'll need to track your serialized inventory accurately. Quick-Trak Enterprise will track each activity from incoming through to outgoing and everything in between.
This easy-to-use software provides support for sales order entry, purchase order entry, receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, physical inventory, cycle counting capabilities as well as serial number tracking. All these functions are available at both the PC workstation level and at the wireless handheld level. Functionality such as real time inventory replenishment, suggested put-away, receiving, and shipping are just a few of its key strengths. This functionality, combined with our standard reports and on-the-fly searching capabilities deliver a powerful yet flexible solution to your everyday inventory problems.
Quick-Trak Enterprise simplifies the receiving process through the use of wireless data capture technology. It supports receiving of purchase orders, returns, and unexpected receipts. These transactions can be performed at both the PC workstation level and/or with a wireless portable data collection terminal.
The Import/Export Module within Quick-Trak Enterprise is the keystone between your accounting/ERP system and warehouse operations. On the Import, this module features the capability to import purchase orders, sales order, item master files, customer databases, and vendor information. On the Export, this module can be used to extra daily warehouse operations such as PO receipts, inventory adjustments, sales order picking and sales order shipping.
Quick-Trak Enterprise simplifies the put-away process by providing warehouse personnel with real time visibility to the location of products within the warehouse. The ability to quickly determine the best location for inbound inventory is a key factor in improving the productivity and efficiency of your warehouse operations.
The Shipping or Ship Confirm function within Quick-Trak Enterprise provides a final check-and-balance for all picking transactions performed in the warehouse.
Cycle counting is an effective tool in identifying training problems within the warehouse. Quick-Trak Enterprise provides random cycle counting functionality. This process can be accomplished in real time and the inventory reconciled very quickly.
Quick-Trak Enterprise provides a series of inventory management reports that allow you to monitor and maintain your inventory at the optimal levels. When used in conjunction with our standard reports, a wireless terminal provides quick and easy stock replenishment capabilities.
The Picking function within Quick-Trak Enterprise plays a key factor in contributing to significant increases in warehouse productivity and inventory accuracy. When coupled with a wireless portable data collection terminal, the picking module provides real time feedback and validation for every transaction performed during the picking process.
Quick-Trak Enterprise supports tracking of serialized inventory items. You have the option of tracking serialized inventory either In-bound and Out-bound or Out-bound only.
