Depot Repair Service
This is our "in-house" repair service. System ID has 4 full-time repair technicians and 3 full-time Technical Support Engineers ready to handle your repair needs. We take pride in our quick repair turn-around time, typically 3 to 5 days. Your equipment is return-shipped to you and is backed with our 60-day warranty.
You can even prepare your Return Authorization (RA) forms online, speeding your repairs even further! Simply send in your product with the completed RA and we will contact you with a free estimate for repair.
On-Site Repair Services
If you are located in the DFW area, our trained technicians can help get your equipment repaired on-site. This saves both time and money, and maximizes your efficiency.
System ID also offers maintenance contracts for barcode equipment. With a program in place, you can receive temporary replacement equipment while we repair your equipment.
